FOR AN INITIAL ANNUAL PAYMENT OF £200 IN THE SIDE AREA AND £250 FOR OTHER                      AREAS YOU WILL BE ENTITILED TO THE FOLLOWING;

1  Introduction to Turkey: we will introduce you to a bank, help you open a bank account, and meet the staff.

2  Advise how to have utilities connected and where to pay your bills.

3  Open up a ‘pay as you go’ mobile phone line to reduce the cost of local calls.

4  Advise on healthcare and introduce you to the local private hospitals.

5  If you decide to take up residence we will help to organise your visa.

6  Organise your compulsory Earthquake and Household/Contents Insurance and policy.

7  Half day escorted shopping – we will accompany you on a shopping spree the Turkish way to find the purchase you require at a price suited to you and arrange for delivery and connection to utilities.

8  Resort information – All of our staff have lived here for more than 10 years each and can give information available on extra facilities such as gymnasiums, beauty salons and schools.

9   Provide you with a list of emergency contact numbers.

1 Transfers – You will see from start to finish the high quality of our service which starts with your transfer. You will be met by a driver at ‘arrivals’ with a name board and driven the 60kms from Antalya to Side by Mercedes bus to your home or hotel.                        

2  Chauffer Service  - You can hire our Bus and driver for half day or full day.

Half Day : £60 (Up to 6 person)  

Full Day : £110 (Up to 6 person)

3  Car Valet Service – We can arrange for your car to be valeted to a sparkling condition.

                 Full cleaning(inside and outside)  price : £10

4  Car Hire – we can arrange for car hire at competitive rates for pick up from the airport or at your home.

5.  Accommodation services – we have competitive rates at a number of hotels and can make a reservation for you. Quotes available on request . 

6.  Housekeeping - Your property will be thoroughly cleaned throughout. Your home will be made welcoming for you or your next guests. This service includes laundry collection and delivery back to the property.  Costs are – 1 bed £25 including 2 bed sheets laundry, 2 bed £30 including 4 bed sheets laundry, 3 bed £35 including 6 bed sheets laundry, 3+ bed to be agreed. Laundry of bed linen is included in the cost of the cleaning of the house. (Price depends on the rooms)

7.  Property Check – we recommend that especially while your property is empty that the property is checked. This service will include inspection of the property to include all windows. Cost  from £10,00.

8.  Welcome Food Pack -We offer a welcome pack based on our experience of what people need when they first arrive as follows – Biscuits/coffee/milk/sugar/tea/water/orange juice/cola/toilet rolls/washing up liquid/ Cost £15,00

9.  Catering – Sit back and relax and let our chef cook a traditional Turkish Feast for you and your family. Quotes available on request

10.  Special Requests- Flowers/cake for that special day or arrival! Let us take care of it before you arrive. Quotes available on request

11, Garden and Pool - In your absence we can maintain your garden and prior to your visit, ensure the pool has been serviced and is ready for use. Quotes available on request

12 Pet care services – We can introduce you to a very caring trustworthy veterinary.

13. Translation – We can offer a translation service for single or multiple documents.

It is important that the day you become the owner of your property in Turkey that you insure it with all its contents.  We have been appointed by Aviva Sigorta, better known as Commercial Union, the largest UK general Sales Agents and you can arrange insurance from our offices.  English speaking staff will help and advise you about the cover, your policy and documents are all issued in English, therefore you can have peace of mind that you have the necessary cover to protect your investment.

A 5* Multiple Risk Policy includes cover against damage or destruction of the building and its contents by fire and earthquake, cover against theft and accidental damage to furniture and third party liability.
