FOR AN INITIAL ANNUAL PAYMENT OF Ł200 IN THE SIDE AREA AND Ł250 FOR OTHER AREAS YOU WILL BE ENTITILED TO THE FOLLOWING;

1 Introduction to Turkey: we will introduce you to a bank, help you open a bank account, and meet the staff.

2 Advise how to have utilities connected and where to pay your bills.

3 Open up a ‘pay as you go’ mobile phone line to reduce the cost of local calls.

4 Advise on healthcare and introduce you to the local private hospitals.

5 If you decide to take up residence we will help to organise your visa.

6 Organise your compulsory Earthquake and Household/Contents Insurance and policy.

7 Half day escorted shopping – we will accompany you on a shopping spree the Turkish way to find the purchase you require at a price suited to you and arrange for delivery and connection to utilities.

8 Resort information – All of our staff have lived here for more than 10 years each and can give information available on extra facilities such as gymnasiums, beauty salons and schools.

9 Provide you with a list of emergency contact numbers.

1 Transfers – You will see from start to finish the high quality of our service which starts with your transfer. You will be met by a driver at ‘arrivals’ with a name board and driven the 60kms from Antalya to Side by Mercedes bus to your home or hotel.

2 Chauffer Service - You can hire our Bus and driver for half day or full day.

3 Car Valet Service – We can arrange for your car to be valeted to a sparkling condition.

Full cleaning(inside and outside) price : Ł10

4 Car Hire – we can arrange for car hire at competitive rates for pick up from the airport or at your home.

5. Accommodation services – we have competitive rates at a number of hotels and can make a reservation for you. Quotes available on request .

6. Housekeeping - Your property will be thoroughly cleaned throughout. Your home will be made welcoming for you or your next guests. This service includes laundry collection and delivery back to the property. Costs are – 1 bed Ł25 including 2 bed sheets laundry, 2 bed Ł30 including 4 bed sheets laundry, 3 bed Ł35 including 6 bed sheets laundry, 3+ bed to be agreed. Laundry of bed linen is included in the cost of the cleaning of the house. (Price depends on the rooms)

7. Property Check – we recommend that especially while your property is empty that the property is checked. This service will include inspection of the property to include all windows. Cost from Ł10,00.

8. Welcome Food Pack -We offer a welcome pack based on our experience of what people need when they first arrive as follows – Biscuits/coffee/milk/sugar/tea/water/orange juice/cola/toilet rolls/washing up liquid/ Cost Ł15,00

9. Catering – Sit back and relax and let our chef cook a traditional Turkish Feast for you and your family. Quotes available on request

10. Special Requests- Flowers/cake for that special day or arrival! Let us take care of it before you arrive. Quotes available on request

11, Garden and Pool - In your absence we can maintain your garden and prior to your visit, ensure the pool has been serviced and is ready for use. Quotes available on request

12 Pet care services – We can introduce you to a very caring trustworthy veterinary.

13. Translation – We can offer a translation service for single or multiple documents.

FOR COMPREHENSIVE HOUSE, CONTENTS AND EARTHQUAKE INSURANCE COVER

It is important that the day you become the owner of your property in Turkey that you insure it with all its contents. We have been appointed by Aviva Sigorta, better known as Commercial Union, the largest UK general Sales Agents and you can arrange insurance from our offices. English speaking staff will help and advise you about the cover, your policy and documents are all issued in English, therefore you can have peace of mind that you have the necessary cover to protect your investment.

A 5* Multiple Risk Policy includes cover against damage or destruction of the building and its contents by fire and earthquake, cover against theft and accidental damage to furniture and third party liability.

Client requirements vary considerably from one property to the next and of course largely depend on its usage, whether it is to be used solely by the clients themselves or has been bought as an investment property to be rented out. We believe you should only pay for the services that you use and not be forced to pay for something you don't want or use, therefore we charge a realistic annual fee and then supply you with a list of separately priced services which can be called upon as little or as often as required

Transfers - You will be met at the airport by our representative with a name board and delivered to your door, and back again, day or night.
Car Hire - we are able to offer car hire services at very competitive rates. Should you wish to make your own way from the airport we can arrange for you to collect the car from the airport or alternatively we will be happy to deliver the car to your property. Please contact us for a firm quote
Accommodation services - we have competitive rates at a number of hotels. Please call us for rates and we will help you with a reservation for your return journey
Housekeeping - Your property will be thoroughly cleaned throughout including cooker and appliances. We will make sure that your home is welcoming for you or your next guests.

RENTING YOUR PROPERTY

Most clients who buy properties to rent out tend to market the property themselves through family, friends and work colleagues which can be successful but limited in the long term. In order to help those people that have purchased a property from us and are looking for a capital return on their investment, we work with a UK based rentals company - www.renturkey.co.uk - who complement our services by reaching a wider market and enable us to offer an all year round service.

What return can you expect?
Giving a definitive answer to how much you will earn from renting your property is like asking the old question "how long is a piece of string?". The rental income will depend on many factors such as:

Whether you have an apartment or villa?
How many bedrooms does the property have?
How close is the property to the beach and the town?
Is the property suitable for winter lets, i.e. with heating?
Is the property suitably furnished for self-catering?
Does the property look good in a photograph - remember this is the first impression?
Will the property meet the customer's expectations in terms of the facilities and its cleanliness?
Do you want to use the property yourself during the high season or will you forgo the peak periods to increase your income?
Do you want to rent the property out to a tour operator, for example 6 months at a time or short term over just the summer months?

The market in Side is truly international with the biggest influx of visitors being German, British and Scandinavian. From May to October Side is bursting at the seams, with the population trebling so that anyone with a property here is able to rent it out. Also during the winter months, the rental market in Side is getting stronger as the resort is fast becoming a year round destination. Many retired people are choosing to come for long stays during the winter to avoid heavy fuel bills back in their home countries. In addition the new golf courses, which are due to open during the Winter 2006/7 season, will again increase demand for rental property during the winter months.
