Design and Build Many people dream of owning a holiday home but do nothing to realise their visions for fear of making a mistake and losing money. Not having the confidence to take the first step or a dread of the unknown prevents many from achieving their dream and building a 'nice little earner' and adding a long-term nest egg into their financial portfolio. New property has great re-sale potential and over the last year increased in value as much as 50% upon completion. One of the most exciting things to do is to design and build your own 'dream home'. Everything you have ever imagined of in a home can be yours with this option. Sometimes it can be difficult facing this and to know where to start, how to put your ideas onto paper - which is where we, our architects and builders come in. We will show you villas that we have built and have under construction. Firstly, we can help you with the search for a plot of land that suits you - secluded, private, sea, mountain views or even all of these! A lot of ground work can be done prior to your arrival even so as not to waste time when you arrive and once you have chosen this your ideas will be translated into working reality. Whilst waiting for the TAPU (tile deeds) to arrive the plans can be finalised and necessary permits and permissions obtained. You yourself can influence considerably what happens on a new build. It can be built to your own personal specifications or we can leave the design up to the architect. Many things need to be considered, such as permits and permissions, perimeter walls, ventialtion, insulation, central heating systems, garden watering systems, garage, pool, etc and we will guide you through this process. All necessary services will be provided - water, electricity, drainage as well as cables for TV satellite, telephone and computer links. The choice of tiles, doors, wall colours, fixtures and fittings is left up to you. However, we will always be here to support, help and advise you from the very start through to completion and beyond with an after-sales service that is second to none. During the build we will keep a close eye on progress, often ask for your opinion and regularly send you photographs and reports.
