My name is Heather and I am partner owner of Motif Homes together with my husband Ali-Haydar. I've lived in Side for more than 12 years and have sons of 7 and 8 years, both born here and now studying at the local college, as well as 5 dogs and a lovely mother-in-law. I am a true ambassador of Turkey and despite having lived here for this amount of time never take the wealth of history and beauty at our finger tips for granted. I enjoy the festivals at the amphitheatres and the beaches during the summer, the skiing only an hour and a half away in the winter as well as the ever expanding superb shopping facilities and never ending Turkish hospitality. For those of you who haven't yet met us I would like to introduce our company as a family as undoubtably that is the way we regard each other. We are also all dedicated professionals who take our work seriously and have pride in our work, our service and trying to keep up European standards against all odds....to ensure that our customers have a stress- and trouble-free time. Hi, I'm Karen and I am Property Sales Consultant at Motif Homes. I'm married with a 4 year old son and have lived in Side for 7 years. I love living in Turkey, have never regretted my decision to move over here and honestly can't imagine ever living anywhere else. The job that I'm doing here at Motif Homes is perfect for me....my background is in sales and customer service in the UK and its nice to work for a professional company here in Turkey, also here I've previously done repping work and this job now gives me the opportunity to use all of that experience but at the same time I'm meeting some lovely people who end up being friends....what more could I ask for!! 		Hello, my name is Adnan and I work at Motif Homes as property Maintenance manager. Many of our customers have already met me and now can't live without me, I'm not sure why because I am not good looking and don't have lots of money. I am from Istanbul but have lived in Side for many years. I have worked with Ali and Heather also more than 7 years. He is the best boss and I can't be more happy in a different job with more money. I have the best job in the world. I look after everything for all of our customers before and after they have bought a house here in Turkey. I help with everything from getting Turkish Telephone card, house Insurance, opening a bank account and setting up standing orders with the bank, furnishing the house and then any problems you have when you want to live in your home. 		Let me introduce myself. My name is Mete and I have started to work in Motif Homes in November. I am from Kütahya which is a famous city in Turkey for its porcelain. I was customer representative in the export department of Kütahya Porselen company which is also important manufacturing company in Turkey. For my work meant I visited Germany many times and also Dubai for fairs and business meetings. My job was very successful, I had a lot of responsibility and have worked nearby Europeans for many years so I understand that they want good organization, quick reply and good standards.    ..I bought a a home from Motif Homes in April '04, I was shown around different properties in the Side area within a couple of hours of talking to them. After two days, I had put a deposit down on a two bedroomed house with shared swimming pool and everything was sorted out...from the solicitor, to helping my receive my money at the bank. The TAPU (title deeds) came through within 7 weeks; whilst this was in the process I received E Mails telling me what progress was being made. When all was done, I came to Turkey and picked the keys up...all in all I think that they did more than they should do, but I appreciated all their help and their professionalism in making my move to Turkey easier. So thank you to Motif Homes and if you are reading this and are thinking of buying I really recommend that you use Motif Homes. Then you will have the same happy and uncomplicated time that I had.

..We were obviously very nervous of all the potential pitfalls of a foreign legal system...with only a slight command of the language but it just didn't work out like that. In England, they take your money, give you your keys and disappear to count the commission - but Motif Homes don't work that way. From the moment we arrived we had help. Everything from opening a local bank account, visiting furniture stores, buying cookers, etc becomes relatively easy when you know there are always people who will advise, assist and otherwise guide you through a maze of possible pitfalls...You were like a family to us and we enjoyed every minute of it..
   To anyone who reads the above and think it reads like an advert - so it should, because if you are thinking of a home in Turkey both of us would say go ahead and buy with Motif Home...you'll get what you want with a minimum of problems and a lot of fun..

    ..Hi Heather, thanks for your email. Since I got back I have had to almost devote myself entirely to work and haven't really had a chance to sit with Jane and chat.
