Here at MOTIF HOMES we offer the highest Standard

We will help you:
- Open an account at a local bank in your chosen currencies.
- If you decide to reside on a permanant basis in Turkey, we help
you organise your residential visa.
- Organise your compulsory Earthquake, Household and Contents
Insurance and Policy. Quotation on request.
- Advise and help on the purchase of Household Goods.
- Advise on how and where to pay bills.
- Your spare key will be held securely for emergencies.
- An Emergency contact list will be available to you.

home care package which includes all essential services for your
benefit. We have built up numerous amounts of contacts over the
years that we have been working in Side with and have a reliable,

Client requirements vary considerably from one
property to the next and of course largely depend on its usage,
whether it is to be used solely by the clients themselves or has
been bought as an investment property to be rented out. We believe
you should only pay for the services that you use and not be forced
to pay for something you don't want or use, therefore we charge
a realistic annual fee and then supply you with a list of separately
priced services which can be called upon as little or as often as
required

of EXTRA services that we are pleased to offer you:
- Transfers - You will be met at the airport by our representative
with a nameboard and delivered to your door, and back again, day
or night.
- Car Hire - we are able to offer car hire services at very competitive
rates. Should you wish to make your own way from the airport we
can arrange for you to collect the car from the airport or alternatively
we will be happy to deliver the car to your property. Please contact

- Accommodation services - we have competitive rates at a number
of hotels. Please call us for rates and we will help you with
a reservation for your return journey
- Housekeeping - Your property will be thoroughly cleaned throughout
including cooker and appliances. We will make sure that your home
is welcoming for you or your next guests.
- Monthly property Check - we recommend that especially while
your property is empty that the property is checked. This service
will include an inspection of the property to include all Windows
and make sure that everything is in order. Cost from £10,00
- Catering - If you would like to sit back and relax and have
a special day to celebrate then why not let a Typical Turkish
caterer take care of all your cooking needs. Quotes available

- Special Requests - Flowers for that special day or arrival or
even a cake! Let us take care of it before you arrive.Quotes available

- Repairs and Maintenance - No job is too big or small for our

- Garden and Pool - In your absence we can maintain your Garden
and prior to your visit ensure the pool has been seviced and is

YOUR PROPERTY
Most clients who buy properties to rent out tend
to market the property themselves through family, friends and work
colleagues which can be successful but limited in the long term.
In order to help those people that have purchased a property from
us and are looking for a capital return on their investment, we

What return can you
expect?
Giving a definitive answer to how much you will earn from renting
your property is like asking the old question "how long is a piece
of string?". The rental income will depend on many factors such
as:
- Whether you have an apartment or villa?
- How many bedrooms does the property have?
- How close is the property to the beach and the town?
- Is the property suitable for winter lets, i.e. with heating?
- Is the property suitably furnished for self-catering?
- Does the property look good in a photograph - remember this
is the first impression?
- Will the property meet the coustomer's expectations in terms
of the facilities and its cleanliness?
- Do you want to use the property yourself during the high season

The market in Side is truly international with

From May to October Side is bursting at the seams, with the population

out. Also during the winter months, the rental market in Side is
getting stronger as the resort is fast becoming a year round destination.

addition the new golf courses, which are due to open during the
Winter 2006/7 season, will again increase demand for rental property
