FLY TO BUY VISITS

Buying a property abroad is an important and life changing decision.  Prior to a visit is important to gather as much information as possible about the area, the buying process and properties.  The next step is then to visit your chosen resort and view suitable properties with an independent agent who will show you a range of properties within your budget.        

The Motif Homes friendly and professional team will guide and advise you throughout the viewing trip.

 

            

The following are free of charge if you decide to purchase

 

  • Return Mercedes mini-bus transfer from the airport where you will be met by a Company representative who will welcome you to Turkey.

 

  • 7 nights accommodation in a fully furnished self-catering apartment with pool for 2 people. For more than 2 people, a charge of £10.00 per person per night is charged.

 

  • If hotel accommodation is preferred we have discounted rates at many hotels 3* - 5* and can quote you current prices upon request and make a reservation for you.

 

  • Assistance in the opening of a bank account

 

(A charge of £250 will be made upon arrival for transfers and the apartment but refunded in total if a purchase is made)
